My parents were having trouble dealing with their mortgage bank to get refinancing on their mortgage. I googled around Quesnel and found Shannon, recommending her to my parents. They were hesitant to use a broker due to past negative experiences, but I said to give her a try as their bank was causing more stress then needed.

The experience went extremely well for my parents. She worked with them and helped them refinance their mortgage, it was an easy transition with no hassle and zero headaches. Shannon kept my parents within the loop and made things super easy for them, updating and helping them along the way.

My family would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a mortgage!
